Each exhibit table includes one six foot table, two chairs, and access to wifi. Electricity is available for an additional fee and can be purchased at the time of registration. If you have already registered and would like to add electricity, contact Erin Woodell at erin@waschoolcounselor.org.
Exhibit Display Guidelines
Please limit your exhibit display to the area of your exhibit table. Tabletop displays are permitted. Freestanding floor banners are acceptable depending upon table location and space. Exhibitors are permitted to provide any type of literature, giveaways, raffle prizes, etc. Exhibitors may engage in any form of sales or promotions as long as it is not in conflict with the Exhibitor/Sponsor Conduct guidelines below.
Sponsor/Exhibitor Payment & Cancellation Policies
All sponsorships and exhibit tables must be paid in full by 7am on Thursday, March 5, 2026. Admission to the exhibit area will not be granted until payment is made. Sponsor and exhibitor registrations made after February 1 must be paid in full at the time of registration (credit card payment only).
There are no cancellations or refunds for any sponsorships, exhibit spaces, or advertisements associated with the conference once the sponsor/exhibitor/advertiser has submitted the registration form.
Sponsor/Exhibitor Conduct
Sponsors and exhibitors must conduct business at their exhibit space only (unless sponsoring a meal function).
Sponsor and exhibitor activities must not interfere with counselor learning.
Sponsor and exhibitor activities must not impede another sponsor/exhibitor's ability to conduct business at their exhibit space.
Sponsor and exhibitor name badges may not be exchanged between individuals.
Sponsors and exhibitors will be served their included meals at their exhibit tables.
The Doubletree by Hilton Seattle Airport will accept shipments of your displays and materials. Information and details will be available soon.
Exhibit Setup
Subject to change. Due to our early start on Thursday, March 5, we highly recommend setting up on Wednesday if possible.

Friday, March 6, 2026 You are welcome to break down your exhibit starting at 1:30pm. Counselors will still be in sessions but may not come back to the exhibit hall.

Wednesday, March 4 - OPTIONAL This is during our pre-con which will have approximately 200 attendees who will be in four-hour long sessions, exhibiting during this time is optional but open if you want to attend. 8am to 4pm
Thursday, March 5 7am to 5pm
Friday, March 6 7am to 3pm
Attendee Information
We have approximately 700 attendees annually. Please plan your materials accordingly.
Exhibit Staff
WSCA will collect the names and email addresses of your exhibit staff in February 2026. All Exhibit Staff will be issued a name badge. No staff are permitted on-site without registration and a badge.
